General information for longer-term Smart Rentals arrangements in Cyprus.

Each leasing arrangement is individually quoted and documented. The signed agreement takes precedence.

Term and vehicle

The agreement identifies the vehicle or category, start date and committed term.

Mileage and servicing

Included mileage, maintenance responsibilities, tyres, servicing and replacement-vehicle arrangements are documented in the quote/agreement.

Insurance and excess

The responsible party, cover scope and excess are expressly stated before signing.

Payments

Payment frequency, due dates, deposits and any late-payment consequences are set out in the agreement.

Early termination

Any early-return or early-termination charge is disclosed in the individual agreement. No lease-to-own or ownership transfer should be assumed unless expressly documented.
