Website Terms

Terms governing use of the Smart Rentals website.

Website information

Vehicle models, categories, specifications and prices on this website are indicative unless expressly confirmed in a written quote or booking agreement. Availability changes continuously.

No automatic booking

Submitting an enquiry or WhatsApp message does not create a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Smart Rentals expressly confirms the vehicle, dates, price and applicable terms.

Accuracy

We aim to keep information current, but exact vehicle specification, colour, registration, equipment and category may differ from illustrative website content.

Third-party links

The site may link to WhatsApp, maps and third-party image providers. Those services operate under their own terms.
