Driver eligibility

Driver age, licence validity, licence holding period and any additional-driver conditions are confirmed before booking.

Price and deposit

Your quote confirms rental price, security deposit or pre-authorisation if applicable, taxes and any optional extras.

Insurance and excess

Insurance scope, exclusions and the applicable excess are stated in the written rental agreement. Do not assume zero excess unless expressly confirmed.

Mileage, fuel and charging

Mileage allowance, fuel-return conditions and EV charging expectations are specified for the booked vehicle.

Collection and return

The agreed pickup/return place and time are shown in the booking confirmation. Late return, extension or location changes require prior agreement.

Damage, fines and prohibited use

The agreement may allocate responsibility for damage, traffic/parking fines, misuse, unauthorised drivers, off-road use or travel outside permitted areas.

Cancellation

Cancellation, no-show and refund terms are confirmed with the quote because they can vary by vehicle, dates and booking conditions.
